Zypto App is non-custodial. Your private keys are generated and stored on your device. Zypto never has access to your BSV, and every transaction is signed locally. For higher security, pair with the Vault Key Card, the card-based cold-wallet hardware that signs transactions over NFC without exposing keys to the internet.
What is Bitcoin SV?
Bitcoin SV emerged from a 2018 fork of Bitcoin Cash, which itself had forked from Bitcoin a year earlier. Its stated aim is to follow what its supporters see as the original vision of Bitcoin as a peer-to-peer electronic cash system, with very large blocks and low fees. The BSV coin is secured through proof-of-work mining using the same algorithm as Bitcoin. The network removed block-size limits and re-enabled certain capabilities, aiming for high transaction throughput and data-focused applications. It is one of several forks tracing back to the original Bitcoin design. You can track the Bitcoin SV price and hold BSV in a self-custody wallet.

Bitcoin SV (BSV) wallet: the things people ask
What's the best Bitcoin SV wallet app?
That depends on what you want to do with your BSV. If you're holding only, any non-custodial wallet works. If you also want to use Bitcoin SV for real-world spending through the Zypto Premium Visa Card, pay bills, top up phones, or swap into other assets, Zypto App is purpose-built for that while still being fully non-custodial.
Is the Zypto Bitcoin SV wallet non-custodial?
Yes. Your private keys are generated and stored on your device. Zypto never has access to your BSV. Every transaction is signed locally on your device before it reaches the network.
Can I use Bitcoin SV for real-world spending without selling it?
Through the Zypto Premium Visa Card, your BSV balance is converted at the point of sale, so you use the value of your crypto for real-world spending wherever Visa is accepted, subject to eligibility and applicable limits. You can also swap BSV into stablecoins in-app for bill pay or gift cards.
Which chains can I swap Bitcoin SV into?
20+ chains including Ethereum, Solana, Polygon, Arbitrum, Optimism, BNB Chain and TRON. Cross-chain swaps happen inside the Zypto App, no separate wallets required.
How do I back up my Bitcoin SV wallet?
During setup, Zypto App generates a 12-word recovery phrase. Write it down and store it offline somewhere safe. For higher security, pair Zypto App with a Vault Key Card, the card-based cold-wallet hardware that signs transactions over NFC without exposing your keys to the internet.
Is Zypto App available in my country?
The wallet itself is available globally on iOS, Android and web. Some features (in-app buying, the Zypto Premium Visa Card) are region-restricted. Check the support center for your country's specific availability.
Is Zypto App free?
The app is free to download and use. Standard network fees apply to on-chain transactions. Card and bill-pay services carry transparent transaction fees published in the app.
