What is OKB?
OKB is the utility token of the OKX exchange ecosystem and is also tied to the X Layer network, a scaling chain within that ecosystem. Exchange tokens like this are commonly used for fee discounts, access to platform features, and participation in ecosystem activity. OKB has a capped supply, and its demand is closely connected to usage of the exchange and the services built around it. It supports applications on X Layer as well, extending its role beyond a single platform. As with other centralized exchange tokens, its outlook is linked to the growth of its home ecosystem.
