What is BitTorrent?
BitTorrent is a long-running peer-to-peer file-sharing protocol, and the BTT token was created to add an incentive layer on top of it. The token is meant to reward users for sharing bandwidth and storage, with uses such as faster downloads in exchange for tokens. BTT was issued on Tron and is also available on Ethereum and BNB Chain. It connects one of the internet's best-known file-sharing systems with a token-based reward model.
