What if I lose the card?
You restore by ordering a replacement card and re-pairing in Zypto App. The lost card is useless without your phone and your second-factor - the key half on the card is meaningless on its own.
What if Zypto goes out of business?
The card stores its own key half independently and exports a standard BIP-39 backup format on demand. You can sign with any BIP-32/39 compatible wallet software using the exported backup.
Does the card need charging?
No. It draws power from the phone's NFC field while you tap. No batteries, no replacement parts, no charge port to wear out.
What chains and assets work with VKC?
Anything Zypto App supports - 24,000+ assets across 20+ chains including Bitcoin, Ethereum, Solana, Tron, BNB Chain, Polygon, Arbitrum, Optimism, Base, Avalanche, XRPL and Cardano.
Can I use VKC with my existing seed phrase from another wallet?
Yes. During setup you can choose "Import existing wallet" and provide a BIP-39 seed phrase. We strongly recommend generating a fresh key on the card instead for the strongest security posture.
