What is Compound?
Compound is one of the original decentralized lending protocols, letting users supply assets to earn interest and borrow against collateral through transparent on-chain markets. Interest rates adjust automatically based on supply and demand. The COMP token governs the protocol. Holders can delegate their voting power and submit or vote on proposals that change how the system works, from supported assets to interest models. COMP runs on Ethereum and several other networks.
